Our preschool leader is Nicola Gosbee, she has worked at Little Rays since February 2018. Nicola has a Level 5 in Leadership for Children's Care, Learning and Development (Management) and Level 3 in childcare. Nicola has recently completed a course on mental health first aid as well as having paediatric first aid. Nicola is also our designated child protection officer.

Our preschool deputy leader is Angela Burns, she has worked at Litle Rays since February 2006. Angela has her NVQ Level 3 in childcare and is currently completing her Level 5 in Leadership for Children's Care, Learning and Development (Management), as well as being trained in paediatric first aid and health & safety. Angela is also our designated child protection officer.
